Subprocessors and Service Providers

This page identifies the principal providers used to deliver ClauseCast. It should be read with the Privacy Notice and the Data Processing Schedule in the Terms.

Kinde may use its own listed subprocessors and support operations in other locations under its contractual safeguards.
ClauseCast’s contracted email-delivery providerSends passwordless authentication emails and receives recipient email address plus delivery, routing and security metadata.The current legal entity, processing location and transfer information are available to customers before onboarding or on request from admin@clausecast.com.
Google CloudCloud Run backend hosting, Firestore user-ID and credit records, infrastructure, security and operational logging.Cloud Run and Firestore are configured in europe-west2 (London). Cloud Logging buckets are configured in the global location. Provider support and security operations may involve other locations.
Google Gemini Developer APIProcesses submitted narratives, extracted document text, evidence notes, clarification context, prompts and responses for the evaluation workflow.Paid Gemini Developer API. ClauseCast does not represent that Gemini processing is confined to the UK. Project logging is enabled for seven days, and separate provider abuse-monitoring retention may apply.

Changes

ClauseCast will give contractual customers at least 30 days’ prior written notice of a new or replacement subprocessor where reasonably practicable. Urgent security, legal or provider events may require shorter notice.

Customers may request contracting-entity, location, transfer-mechanism and relevant retention information by emailing admin@clausecast.com. ClauseCast may withhold confidential provider contract terms but will provide information reasonably necessary for customer due diligence.
